About: We have been raised around all types of animals, dogs, cats, goats, chickens, you name it, we've taken care of it! My wife and I strive to ensure all living creatures receive the needed attention, and most important, love! We have personally had countless dogs and cats that I have taken care of and raised. I love getting outdoors and running, especially with pet. If your pet wants to lay around the house, I can do that too! My wife and I will both ensure that your pet, best friend, and loved one, receive the utmost care and support needed in order to enjoy their home away from home. We are very flexible and can work with you and your busy schedule. We are here to serve! We are available for weekends and some week days. I work until the evening during the week, but my wife is often home and available during the week. We can easily crate your pet, or allow them to explore our home and small yard. We live near trails and plenty of walking paths.
9. Katie T.

About: Our pets have a short live and a tiny world, they are stuck in our homes while we get out and travel. I'm happy to host them at my house, it's like summer camp for pets. My pack (two dogs and two cats) often have 1 to 2 visiting dogs here. It's good for them as well as our visitors who get to feel like part of a family/pack while their primary human(s) are away. My dogs are about 11 and 19 pounds, we can vibe with dogs up to 25 pounds or so, maybe bigger if they are older/calm. I work from home full time and have lots of flexibility with taking care of animals in my house. Getting out for visits is more difficult - limited to evenings and weekends, but my daughter is also on Rover and can cover for me in her area of VB or with visits that don't fit my schedule. I have a fenced back yard with bird feeders to keep the environment lively. We live in a good neighborhood for dog walking and not far from Marshview Park (dog park) if appropriate for your dog. I can do in-home visits at the oceanfront, but my best offering is boarding or doggie daycamp.

“Julia was wonderful! We had last minute plans and had to find someone to watch our dog only giving a 30 minutes notice on Easter of all days. She luckily accepted us, took an adorable photo of Yoshi and was overall fantastic to her. Will definitely go to her again the next time we are at Virginia Beach!”
16. Jacqueline B.
“Jacqueline’s Daycare was 10 out of 10 stars!!! We’re so thankful to have found her for our high-maintenance Frenchy!! She is dedicated to take good care of dogs, very responsible to provide for our pup, gives a safe and comfortable place, monitors, plays & walks a perfect amount for his needs, communicates with us respectfully, even sent us his pictures to awww us! We had zero concerns! Our pup never eats or sleeps at unfamiliar places and/or with unknown people but he DID eat and sleep at Jacqueline’s. He completely trusted her, and was so comfortable around her. She is an AMAZING sitter!! We’ll definitely ask for her help when our dog needs his sitter in the future. Thank you for everything you did for our pup!! ;)”
17. Marissa D.
“What can I say about Marissa as a pet owner? She is easily the most doting dog mom I've known. Her little dog Marlo, is her fur baby and his sweet demeanor and great behavior is a direct result of a his surroundings. Marissa has acted as a dog sitter for me on several occasions for multiple days at a time. My dogs are quite a bit bigger than hers but there has never been a problem. My dogs were loved and cared for as if they were her own. They were walked and played with and I actually worried that maybe they wouldn't want to come home, lol. Luckily they did. But as it is, you will not be disappointed if you have Marissa sit for your dogs.”
18. Stefania A.
“Outstanding dog sitter! Reliable, attentive, and truly cares for my fur baby. I trust her completely and highly recommend their services.”
19. Monika D.
“We felt 100% comfortable with entrusting our fur babies with Monika. We could see she genuinely loves dogs and our babies took to her instantly! They came back so happy and absolutely exhausted, which means we got our money's worth. I loved that she showed up equipped with a collapsible water bowl, as that showed she had their best interests in mind. Will definitely keep using her services this Summer!”

About: I am a nurse so I don’t have a ton of experience professionally taking care of pets but I am a very responsible person. I occasionally help a shelter called Hope for Life that does puppy sleepovers so I have some experience doing that. I also used to nanny so people trusted me with their human babies if that counts. I will take care of your pet like they are my own. I grew up with a family dog and I would love to assist with babysitting your pet when I am not working. My schedule is usually 3-4 days per week. I have made myself available to caring for your pet on the days that I have off. My attention will fully be on them at that time. I have no other pets so yours would be my focus! I live on the first floor of a duplex near the oceanfront. My place has a yard that is not fenced in but there are plenty of places to walk and get active if it works for your pet.
