1. Dayan & Ashley M.
“Dayan and Ashley were great with Harley! Their family was very comforting to her and made sure to make her feel at home. They were very communicative about how Harley was doing and sent pictures daily. We really appreciate how well they took care of our doggo.”
2. Jacqueline B.
“Jaqueline is the best of the best when it comes to taking care of your pup. She treats my little guy as if he’s her own, and sends the greatest updates. She could probably be a professional photographer on the side with the great pic updates she sends. 10/10, our favorite sitter.”
3. Patricia A.
“Patricia and her boys were the most AMAZING dogsitters! We left to visit family for the holidays for almost a month, and we couldn’t have asked for a better sitting experience. Patricia messaged us every day with updates, and sent lots of pictures! She only sees one dog at a time, which was great for our dog as he prefers to be the center of attention. She also made sure someone was home at all times, which was great for our dog who has terrible separation anxiety. Her fenced in backyard was perfect for our little guy to take his frequent potty breaks. Needless to say, this is the best experience we’ve had with Rover dog sitting. Even though this is the longest we have been away from him, we knew he was in good hands. And anyone in the Virginia Beach area should highly consider Patricia for your Dogsitter needs!”
4. Ryan C.

10. Kari K.
“Kari is a wonderful and experienced dog sitter who took one of my hound's special needs in stride. She was great about sending updates and pictures, and she seemed to genuinely enjoy having my dogs stay with her. I will definitely be using her again and I know my hounds will be eager to go back.”
11. Kaitlynn S.
“Kaitlynn was a absolutely wonderful! My first time using Rover, so I was very nervous & anxiety driven trusting someone else w/ Thor. However, Kaitlynn kept constant communication regarding Thor, sent plenty of pictures & videos, & was very understanding of Thor being nervous at first. It was very evident that he was happy & has a wonderful time when I came to pick him up. I would recommend Kaitlynn to anyone that needs someone to trust their fur baby with!”
12. Nicole D.
“My dog, Sky (an Aussie Doodle), spent 4 nights with Nicole and seems to have enjoyed it very much. When I picked her up, she was just as happy as can be and washed clean. I would recommend Nicole to anyone and I will not hesitate to contact her again in the future.”
13. Melisa H.
“Just relocated to the area, and we were very nervous about finding a new sitter for Gatsby. Melisa was wonderful! Her whole family welcomed him, and I believe they treated him like one of their own. Great communication and photos of his stay. She was also very patient and flexible as I had to make some changes to our reservation. So glad we found her. We will definitely be going back!”
14. Al M.
About: Our pets have a short live and a tiny world, they are stuck in our homes while we get out and travel. I'm happy to host them at my house, it's like summer camp for pets. My pack (two dogs and two cats) often have 1 to 2 visiting dogs here. It's good for them as well as our visitors who get to feel like part of a family/pack while their primary human(s) are away. My dogs are about 11 and 19 pounds, we can vibe with dogs up to 25 pounds or so, maybe bigger if they are older/calm. I work from home full time and have lots of flexibility with taking care of animals in my house. Getting out for visits is more difficult - limited to evenings and weekends, but my daughter is also on Rover and can cover for me in her area of VB or with visits that don't fit my schedule. I have a fenced back yard with bird feeders to keep the environment lively. We live in a good neighborhood for dog walking and not far from Marshview Park (dog park) if appropriate for your dog. I can do in-home visits at the oceanfront, but my best offering is boarding or doggie daycamp.
15. Rachael F.
“Rachael is always the best!! We feel so safe having our dog stay with her while we’re gone, she goes above and beyond the dog sitting duties!”
16. Nichole U.
“Nichole was so good to my fur baby. She constantly sent pictures and she was available for a last minute drop in. I would def use her again in the future.”
17. Kaitlyn F.
“Kaitlyn is super sweet, patient & understanding. She asks every question needed & more that you couldn’t even think of so she has all the info to take care of your loved one. Kaitlyn listens carefully of all instructions and care needs. She updates with the sweetest pictures and any other info. & She made my girl the sweetest bandana!! Although my dog only stayed for one night, she did not want to leave and felt so sad to leave Kaitlyn’s. She had an absolute blast and I’m so glad I’ve chosen her to take care of my girl.”
18. Leigha A.
“Leigha was so sweet and very good with our 7 month old pup who is full of energy. She kept us updated and sent photos so we could see how he was doing. We loved that! 1st time leaving our furbaby and she made us feel very comfortable. We highly recommend her and will definitely use her again. ?”
19. Kristynah B.
“Kristynah was communicative and took such photogenic pics of my pupper to send each day. I appreciated her obvious knowledge of canine body language and can’t wait for Daks to have another stay with her family:)”
20. Christie O.
“Canela had an excellent stay. Communication with Christie was great, she is very welcoming, reassuring and flexible. Will definitely use her services again. Bonus: our dog lives to play with kids so she had a blast!”
