She was also flexible and understanding when another sitter canceled on us last minute and stepped in to help, making our lives and our pets so much easier. “I could not have had a better experience with a better dog sitter than Jarrod. From the first moment I requested to book she was attentive and responsive even willing to do a meet and greet that day because my trip was very last-minute and I need to book him for the day after. When he came for the meet and greet he was already so loving and attentive with my doggo (Bear) and was eager to ask questions and understand what was expected of him. Throughout my trip he was so communicative sending me pictures and updating me on how each visit went, letting me know if she was feeling any types of ways and if she ate and went to the bathroom. Sent the most adorable pictures which Ofcourse I appreciated. After my original booking was over I had an emergency extension for work and Jarrod made it extremely easy to communicate with him to come back that night and to extend the booking. So happy I took the chance with this app and hire jarrod I will definitely be rebooking with him for future trips!!”
