“Anna took great care of Cabernet and sent us videos and photos of him having a good time! He has been nervous in a larger kennel boarding setting before, but he looked happy and relaxed and played well with her dog Bella. Thanks so much!”
8. Achara J.
“She was very patient and flexible with my ever changing plans due to weather and my commitments to be at a friend’s bday. I was not able to drop my dog off , but she was more willing to take my smaller dog in and cage him in a quiet room so he would feel safe. She also agreed to take him out for a walk. Due to the weather the same day we confirmed, but on the way cancelled and paid for the day care as this is her livelihood. We could have asked to cancel, but that is not what good pet parents do. They make sure people like Mrs. Achara are taken care of as well. I will use her in the future when we are in West Sacramento. Our dog is almost 15 and she was committed to taking care of him in the way we felt was best for him.”

Right away I felt assured Katy was great with animals—she was gentle and warm with my pup upon arrival and sent me photos and updates throughout the day. She even did some training with my dog, sent a video, and offered some tips to me. Lola was surrounded with toys and love at Katy’s house!”

12. Lynnette & Curtis S.
“Always a pleasure having Lynette and Curtis take care of my baby boy, BonBon. They truly care about the pets that they take care of. My groomer referred them to me which says a lot. So happy That I have a loving home that I can send my pup to when I go on vacay, have a family emergency, or can’t walk then sue to injury.”
13. Marina B.
“I am that crazybnervous pet person and Marina was so kind and understanding! She sent a picture within just a few minutes of my leaving to show me that despite an initial fuss, Walter was settled in and comfy. She updated regularly and made her home Walter's home. It is so reassuring to have a place where my little guy can stay while I get some work done! For a separation anxiety puppy and his human, we can't say enough good things about Marina! Thank you so much! We will be back!”
14. Lauren W.
“Lauren is one of those people that has a natural connection with dogs. She has so much love for her own doggo, and she brings care and fun into her time with other doggos. You can tell that her walks are one of the best part of the dog’s day. I completely trust her with my dog and I highly recommend her!”
15. Britta B.
“Britta was so great with Archie and it's so difficult finding sitters who will dedicate their whole space and day(s) for just our boy. She made sure he got plenty of attention, some walking, and they just chilled together. The pics were very much appreciated and reassuring. Made it so much less stressful to be away. Definitely consider using Britta's services if you need a sitter. Would use again for sure!”

19. Lilly C.
About: Hey pet parents, I can't wait to get to know your furry friends! While I've been a pet owner my whole life, I don't currently have any pets of my own. My last dog was a sweet old pitbull named Mandy, and since her passing at the ripe old age of 16, I haven't had another animal. My life is a little too hectic at this time to commit to another pup- which is why I'm so excited to look after yours! I love dogs and cats of all sizes and ages and taking care of them comes as second nature to me. My family has always had animals; dogs, cats, sheep, goats, horses, chickens, rabbits, you name it, I've handled it. Because of this, I'm comfortable handling the biggest, rowdiest, and loudest of dogs. I'm not squeamish towards any bodily fluids your fur babies may throw my way. I frequently cat sit for my upstairs neighbors while they're out of town, and every chance I get I babysit my furry nephew, a Golden named Boone. I've spent time working in vets offices and volunteered at my local SPCA, so I'm well versed in general care, basic health, and first aid for your animals. My time with Rover has been rather sporadic so I don't have any testimonials as of yet, but together we can change that. I hope to meet you and your pets soon! Starting mid June, I have six day periods of uninterrupted availability during which I'm available all day long for doggy daycare, home drop ins, and walks. I have reliable transportation and I'm willing to work to build a schedule around your pets needs. Your pets have free range of my apartment; while I don't have a yard, I live right next to Southside park, so walks and ball tosses are only ten feet away at any given time. Because of my unusual work schedule, I'm around all day long to look after your pets without interruption. No need for crates or to worry that your animal is by itself.
20. Alanis J.
“For the time that I have know Alanis, I’ve seen a very strong sense of ambition, determination and curiosity. That’s not only with pets, but with life in general. I used to be a proud owner to a German Shepherd that unfortunately passed, but Alanis was always there helping me out, assisting me and being a friend to my dog. She would take him to the park and she would go hiking with us on weekends. My dog absolutely loved her and he had a strong connection/bond with her. I sincerely respect Alanis and without a doubt, I can vouch for her ability to connect with dogs, which is something that can turn out to be quite difficult for many. I believe she would excel in being a caregiver to any dog; I know I definitely appreciated all of her help.”
