My dog, who is reactive, did so well at Jade’s place. It’s a great, comfy, spacious place for pups. Plus there were other pals for my dog to play with!”

This is my first time using Rover so I was a little nervous, but Nicolette led me through every step of the way and made me and my dog feel super comfortable ? My dog stayed with her for a whole weekend while I was out of town. Before the stay, she answered all of my questions during our meet and greet and over messages. She’s very calm and kind, and my dog immediately felt safe with her. During the stay, my dog was a little anxious at first, but she communicated this to me and we found ways to make my pup comfortable. She sends pictures & updates throughout the day. I would trust her with my puppy anytime!”

“Caring, competent, and communicative! Inna and Phillip are the best dog sitters I have ever had the pleasure of hiring to care for my dog. My dog has special medication needs and Inna and Phillip were very capable of taking care of this task - which is not easy, because my dog likes to spit her pills out. They provided me with a daily update at the end of the day and sent photos. I've had good experiences before, but this was an outstanding experience. I can't imagine leaving my baby with anyone else and look forward to hiring them again in the future. If you're on the fence- I promise you, they are the BEST.”

We were a little nervous, because Bagel had just traveled with us a few days before and he gets separation anxiety away from me (normal small dog things and then some), but it seemed Bagel got comfortable with Sunghee by day 2!
